TURNAROUND TIME

First off, an order form must be submitted for ALL orders. No exceptions.

Production will not begin on any order until we have received both payment information and approval of digital proofs. Turn time is estimated from the date we have both of these on file.

Turn times are estimates only. Your job may ship a few days earlier, it may ship a few days later. These times ARE NOT guaranteed. We offer upgraded shipping, at reasonable prices. If you need your order quicker, please inquire about special arrangements and faster shipping.

For general printing (posters, cd covers and fold over 7 inch covers), orders will ship in 7-10 business days from date of digital proof approval.

When we receive your files, your job will be checked in, and a PDF proof will be generated and emailed to you within 1-2 business days. Your job will ship within 7-10 business days of proof approval.

If your files are not suitable for output, we will contact you ASAP with details regarding the issue. We will work with you to rectify the problem as best we can. When suitable artwork is submitted, proofs will be emailed. Your job will ship within 7-10 business days of proof approval.

If you are ordering 7 inch glue pockets or cd pockets please add 3-5 business days.

CD REPLICATION
Bulk discs will ship within 7-10 business days of approval of disc face proof.
Full packaged discs will ship within 3-4 weeks of approval of proofs.

RUSH ORDERS

PROOFING
Digital proofs are emailed for all orders, and must be approved before production can begin.
There is a $25 charge for re-proofing, so please ensure your artwork is correct before submitting it.
